This judge has laid down his thoughts & he will not stand for any BS or delays. Loved his opening & I think Ms Taylor in for a rude awaking with new Judge especially as they wanted trial moved to another county it’s all about to backfire because judge wants this trial brought forward because he is looking out for the jurors etc during the holiday periods. Defence has had plenty of time to build their case they just keep stalling but it want wash over with new judge from sounds of it.

Why the 8hr delay in calling 911? Why no blood or DNa found in his car or house or evidence of him cleaning up. Why the texts to friends but not call police? Why the FBI expert say a 2013-2016 Elentra but his is a 2011(totally different) . Why prosecution trying to hide disclosure? Can’t wait for the trial and watch the state get embarrassed.

Judge, please! Whatever the deadline is the defense will do anything possible to put if off again and again so this trial never happens. Bryan is playing the same games as S. Boone. The prosecutor is weak here and may lose the case. The defense expert passed away? Sorry, was Bryan involved? The defense attorneys in THIS CASE make me vomit. Are they in love with the monster?
