Yes, agreed. 100%. But please consider the lives of the people who work for you and their personal lives and privacy. Everyone deserves that. I suggest hiring contract security to work once a month (or whatever is appropriate) so you have maximum coverage and security. Best to you!

I want it to be easy for all of us, so I’ll be asking them how they are used to doing things before anything. I plan to get them a car for duty and personal use too.
