LIVE: Israel Gaza War | Israel Asks UN Court if Its Opinion is "Advisory", Not "Legally Binding"
Following the United Nations' top court International Court of Justice (ICJ) order which ruled that Israel's presence in Palestinian territory is unlawful, Israel asked the International Court to clarify whether its published opinion is an "advisory opinion" and not "legally binding", and called it fundamentally wrong. This comes after the ICJ ruled that Israel's continued presence in the occupied Palestinian territory is unlawful and should come to an end "as rapidly as possible", adding that it must end settlement construction immediately and existing settlements must be removed.

I think your comments are so correct. For 76 years the world seemed to be collectively feeling guilty about the holocaust when in fact only 2 nations were involved in this atrocities number one was the German Nazis and number 2 were the Americans who saw the war as another money exercise. So according to that court definition of "occupied territory" the Soviet Union had occupied Poland between 1945 and 1989. Hague Court have have expressed it's "opinion" in that matter at all. I am a South African of Indian descent. My grandfather arrived here in 1893 .my great grand children are the 5th generation in South Africa, i have many many family members and the property my grandfather still owns in India.
