LIVE: Johnny Depp's $100million defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard continues today in Fairfax, Virginia. So far today, the court has heard from Dr Richard Moore, an orthopedic hand surgeon and Dr David Spiegel, a psychiatrist. There are reports suggesting that Johnny Depp will take the stand soon, while Kate Moss is expected to testify on Wednesday

Pirates 5 made 800 million and costed 200 million to make. Meaning it made 600 million. Pirates 4 made 1 billion and costed 400 million to make. Meaning it made 600 million again. And yet this bias “witness” made the case that pirated 5 made 200 million less when in fact they made the same amount of money profit wise without stating how much they actually made, try to elude to the fact that movie lost money. She also said oriental express was a failure when it costed 50 million to make and made 350 million. She said Lone Ranger was a failure when it made 60 million. She said Alice through the looking glass was a failure when it made 130 million. Only movies that fail to make a profit are considered failures. This lady is beyond bias and shouldn’t be allowed to testify at all and her words should be redacted completely from testimony

According to the producers of aquaman her role as Mera was reduced in aquaman 2 not because of the case but cus of lack of chemistry between her and Momoa and how difficult it was to make it appear that they had chemistry and how they had to edit the scenes to create that illlusion of chemistry between them and the concerns of having to do that for aquaman 2 so they just drastically reduced her scene. Even to that her networth is 2.5 mil, Depps networth is 150 mil, she got paid 1 mil for aquaman 1, Momoa got paid 15 mil, Depp got paid 300 mil tor the pirates franchise so she still cannot be compared to the likes of Momoa nor Depp as Heards team tried to do in court.

Agreed, but he has to take some responsibility for her. The abuse etc happened way before he married her. His own daughter didn’t want to go to the wedding, yet he married her anyways. Time and time again he would take Amber back or ignore the major issues like of the relationship. He even said on audio, “ this isn’t love”. Its crazy to say he didn’t know what people thought of his girlfriend turned wife. He even speaks about Amber completely embarrassing an 18 year old boy to tears, yet Johnny still stayed with her. He has to take some responsibility for at least some of this. A 50 year old man isn’t new.

I NEVER even heard of this woman or knew who she was until this case. I watched "Justice League" & "Aquaman" she was not memorable at all. She had like maybe what seemed like ( looking back) a 2 min scene in "Justice League' & in "Aquaman" Nicole Kidman was the only other main character ( besides obviously Jason M) that was memorable. I loved her in that role! Amber Heard's acting did not leave any impression on me whatsoever. To the point that I now vaguely even remember her looking back.

PS… AH’s career cannot be logically compared to the careers of the actors and actresses she sites as “ comparable” …

He is. Amber was also on Seroquel. And Ambien. And other drugs. Seroquel is an antipsychotic and if you're not psychotic when you take it, it can cause it. Ambien can also cause "decreased awareness, hallucinations, changes in behavior, memory problems, sleepwalking, sleep eating (and cooking), and even sleep driving." She was warned that mixing the prescriptions with illicit drugs would not be allowed, but apparently it didn't stop either of them from doing so. And she was mixing it with alcohol according to the nurse's notes.

🤔‼️EVERY IRONMAN WIDOW has seen their partner fall asleep 😴 on a rail, in mid sentence, while eating 🍽 etc. I could see that Mr. Depp after a 14-16 hr day of filming and probably getting up at 4:am to get into costume and makeup etc… That at the end of a long day, he’d just conk out. PS… His right hand is in his pocket, Amber put the ice cream in his lap and snapped the photo while he was sleeping. He wasn’t eating the ice cream, so why would it be in his lap?

It proves he was knackered and needed sleep. 😴 It proves she wasn't afraid of him, planting ice-cream and taking pics of him to laugh / humiliate him. Proves how low she is, contrasting her statement she was trying to help him come off drugs because that's how you help the person you supposedly care about!

I'm going on what I see and hear. First the tapes Amber made of Johnny Depp were only half of the truth. In all my years I've never seen anyone go off for no reason. It was a set up. Jason has done Game of thrones, Frontier and many other. So please stop saying she is the it girl. The stories don't add up. She has ruined her own career. Stephen King is one of my favorite writers. If she was in it , it was not a memorable part!

“The only way someone gets knocked out that badly is with pharmacological assistance whether it be legal or illegal…” Is this guy for real? I’m a Pharmacy Technician and I have a sleep disorder. I can fall asleep in any position, at any time, on any surface and I never make it to my bed. At times it’s extremely difficult to rouse me. And this happens to me without any legal or illegal pharmacological assistance. Seems like this so-called “expert witness” need to brush up on his expertise. Not to mention lose the condescending, ignorant attitude.

After 3 EEG’s, a CT Scan, an MRI and an overnight and daytime latency sleep study, I have been diagnosed with Complex Partial or Absence Seizure Disorder the cause of which they think is a sleep disorder but aren’t sure which one. I’ve been told that my symptoms while sleeping aren’t typical or indicative of anything they have seen before. So that’s where I’ve been since 2019.

Also has a group of friends that she moves in with her to have a fan club 24 seven of admirers telling her how amazing she is. She told Camille on the stand that she was entitled to that $7 million. Amber heard was more than OK throwing her ex assistant under the bus when she was in trouble for lying on a declaration form about the dogs she smuggled and she tried to pin it on her former assistant and then Johnny’s assistant then she’s on audio degrading Johnny for not taking the fall for her. NO EMPATHY SHE SHAT ON THE BED. They just described Amber’s narcissistic traits.

Absolutely he’s a lovely man and I remember when this dog issue in Australia came up it was shocking. I couldn’t believe he did that. I’m from Aotearoa New Zealand so we are neighbours so it was crazy. Just the dog thing not the so called abuse. I didn’t believe it then and definetly not now. We grew up with JD being absolutely nothing but an amazing actor and one of the sweetest of them all bar Keanu Reeves. I think I get it why Keanu does not embrace Fame if this is what can happen to powerful actors. I get it now ❤

This is really disturbing to me. Am I losing my my mind or did AH's team really show their hipocrasy when it came to calculating her damages and Johnny's damages. Elaine said she can't base what Johnny lost out on a Pirates 6 because it hasn't been made yet. Therefore acontract was not signed, but yet they are calculating AH's damages based on the likelihood of what she would have made on movies that she may have been cast in that haven't been even made yet, right? Did I hear this wrong or did AH's team really mess up here? And, why didn't Johnny's team not hammer home about how Gully was not only signed before Auqaman, but was actually made AFTER Aquaman therefore may have been subject to a possible renegotiation if using the logic AH's teamed used when doing her comparable film role fees, right? I feel like these two points would have helped Johnny's side a lot more if they were really hammered home on their "expert."

While Johnny who is KNOWN To be extremely generous, has longtime friendships spanning 40 yrs…and let not only AH’s sister and her friends move into his luxury penthouses, but ALSO paid for all their expenses and even the cleaning staff….is APPARENTLY such a “ selfish “ narcissistic personality…that he cuts people out of his life….While AH had NO ONE who still claimed to be her friend … and only her sister arrived personally in court to support her…
