November is my favorite month of the year because all family get together, food is fabulous, kids home from college, no gift exchange, and no politics.
August!! Because that's when my 2 sons were born! Of course, I also have to say December because that's when my granddaughter was born!! She's 18 years old now and has really kept me going in all my trials and tribulations through these last 18 years! She was a real joy to raise! I asked God to let me live long enough for her to graduate from high school. He did that! He's awesome! I'm trying to quilt as many as I can for her and my grandsons to remember me by when I'm gone. I was diagnosed last month with another brain tumor. I haven't talked to the neurosurgeon yet to get a game plan. I would love to have the calendar and sew along with Kimberly!! I pray everyone has a great weekend, and God bless you all!! Chrish every person in your life, and no matter how angry you get at someone, always make sure they leave with a hug and an "I love you ❤️". You don't want your last encounter with a loved one to leave with hurtful or negative comments!!!
I love the summer months of June, July, and August, not because of the heat and humidity. I love the slower pace of life, no more rising at o'dark thirty to bustle kids and hubs off to school and work. No more running to a packed schedule of soccer, football, basketball, and baseball games. I love the longer days of taking time by the pool enjoying time spent family and friends. I love the anticipation of a lazy week at the beach watching the beauty and wonder of the ocean, eating scrumptious seafood. I love more meals cooked on the grill, giving the chief cook, me, a break. I love planning my quilty projects for the fall and winter; collecting, prepping the fabric in anticipation of the fast pace approaching come September and reveling once again in my solitude in my sewing room.
I love April as it is the month of rebirth, nature comes alive, so we have spring, summer and fall to look forward to, and hopefully sew alongs with them. As well it is my Dads birth month, and without him I would not be here. Have a nice sew filled weekend.
My favorite month is September because the weather is always the perfect temperature. I enjoyed seeing all your progress on the quilts; it has inspired me to get back in the sewing room this weekend.
My favorite month is May. It has the first long weekend, Memorial day and it would kickstart our camping summer adventures. Being a camping family is awesome.
I love April here in the UK all the different tones of fresh greens of the trees and hedges which, as the summer builds become a more uniform green. The variety of spring flowers in my garden makes my heart sing! Many thanks for all your teaching, Angela Houlden
August is my favorite month!! Not only my birthday, but my niece's, my dad's, and my best friend's! Plus usually it's the hottest and the start of the end of the hot weather! And! Because of all the birthdays, it's usually the time when everyone does something so it's full of memories whether it's just get togethers or trips!

My favorite month of the year is December. I like getting ready for the holidays and the colder weather. I love that my family comes to visit and we can all spend time together.
October is my favorite month. Early in October Vermont lights up with purples, reds, oranges, and yellows amidst a background of a dozen greens, and towards the end of the month the wind welcomes our longest season, winter, a sacred season to Vermon'ers, a time to slow down, to meditate, to make use of all we've stored over the summer, and most of all, a time for family.
June is my favorite month. Here in Maine, we’re enjoying some of the best weather of the year, and everything is green and lush and flowering. So beautiful.
My favorite month is March, because where I live you get a mix of spring days and winter days! It brightens up my day to be able to have such fluctuating temps!!

Kimberly you have really had the pedal to the medal on your sewing machine! So many great quilts and blocks. Enjoyed this video very much and will be looking forward to the new quilt alongs coming up. I starch outside when possible and hang smaller cuts on my drying rack and larger pieces on a PVC rack that my husband made me. My favorite months are probably May and October. I just like those times of year the most.

The heat begins to subside in TX by then, and finally I get to decorate for fall ... wear fall colors ... drink fall coffees ... eat fall foods ... and bake fall treats! All my favorite things! 🍂 I try to decorate for fall the first week of Sep and it stays up until time to decorate for Christmas. Pumpkins, pumpkins and more pumpkins!
Thanks for all your inspiration. Sometimes I will get into a slump, then I will watch your videos where you show your progress on the quilt a longs and it gets me wanting to work on a quilt. Hi, Kimberly! Always enjoy your live streams -- the quilting and cross stitch are amazing!! How in the world do you get so much accomplished? My favorite month is May - that was the month I got married (47 years ago) plus enjoy all the flowers and spring-like mornings. The Kona solids calendar looks like a fun book. I've been quilting a while, but I usually chose a floral pattern or print I like and choice others that coordinate. I've never done a completely solid quilt - so this could be a first for me. Thanks for you and your teams hard work to keep us inspired!!
January is by far my favourite month of the year. As here in Australia, it is summer. It reminds me of long school holidays, hot days, swimming in the and, many memories on the farm with cousins and family 😊

September is my favorite. Here in the PNW it's the time of year that is warm but not too hot with longer daylight before the dark gloom and rain begins. Also back to school time is always exciting!
October has always been my favorite month of the year. The temperatures are cooler, but not usually cold! The air smells cleaner to me. I remember shuffling the leaves back in the day when I walked to elementary school and loved the scent of the fallen leaves.
