I'm suuuper late to the party, but thought I'd mention that when zucchini is abundant in my garden, I often make panzanella. I was thinking that you could use premade croutons or just somewhat stale bread cubes (I know they would get a bit soggy, but maybe it would still be delicious) so that you wouldn't have to turn on the stove. I vary it quite a bit each time, depending on what else I have available. A smashed zucchini salad with no bread (or bread on the side) is tasty as well.
I am not a fan of heat. At all. Today in NYC it was 43C with the heat index. It was cooler up here in the mountains, but it still got to 39C. The humidity has been absolutely brutal. And then every evening we have violent electrical storms. This is bananas! The heatwave is supposed to break on Thursday and we will be back to our normal temperatures of around 26C for at least a few days. I am definitely looking forward to that. My little jalapeño pepper plant is actually enjoying the weather. lol If you have a cast iron pot with a lid, you can bake in the coals of a fire outside. Takes a bit of getting used to in order to get the hang of it, but it works great (says the woman who also only has a wood fired stove to cook on inside. During the summer, all my cooking is done outside). As for sponsorships, if you believe in the product, why not?
A yummy new way I discovered to eat zucchini is mix falafel mix with some flour, and dip the slices in that and egg, then the falafel mix again, and fry it,so good with a tahini / yogurt dip😊😊
You are so gifted you could maybe create patterns. And if you do love the product and would use it for yourself don’t hesitate to accept….you deserve making money just like every one. Please take the sponsors to earn some money for your hard work, take the ones you like or that you don't at least despise! I think it is ok when there is a short section in the video like "This video was sponsored by xx, and now I tell you a little bit about it". I don't think you have to talk people to buy it or say that you like it if you don't..? So happy for you that you got contacted 😊 it doesn't have to be related to your content! It can be just a short ad there after the beginning 😊 I think NE knits had one of those in one of her recent episodes and it was ok.
