Between Telles broadcasting his every thought and emotion for the jury across his face like flashing a billboard (that worry muscle is getting a workout) and his lawyer’s obvious Hail Mary play of conjuring up some bogus conspiracy, he’s totally up the creek. I’ve seen some delusions of grandeur but I think this is one of the worst up there.
I was thinking how his face is beyond expressive lol I'm glad someone else noticed. Would love for attorney-client privilege to end after trial so we could hear the real deal from his attorneys on what he was acting like behind the scenes. A girl can wish...
@@luckewoman0348oh I totally noticed especially at 2:53:49 The audacity of him to sit there and act like he's just totally grossed out and he can't stand to look at it. It's like you did this, and you thought about it for weeks.
He can try and act all he wants but he's not credible the state can prove he's a liar, nobody will believe him and the more he tries the more it makes him look like he's just pathological. He's gotten so good, if you didn't have any evidence to the contrary you'd believe it. But who goes to the backseat of the vehicle with a co-worker and pulls up their pants when they leave if they're just talking. She's so full of s***
@edwinacaparelli9911 he seriously was acting like an 8 year old child making those faces. It was seriously enraging me lol. All of his facial expressions make me furious lol
Former Detective Clifford Mogg is a Defence Attorneys worst nightmare / That man has skills in memory and experience / Way to go Mr. Mogg LVMP has lost an amazing asset with you.
Note that the frame theory requires his accidental cooperation. His phone was at home. Assuming he was there for the sake of the argument, "they" relied on him not making any calls or sending any texts, or posting on social media, or browse the web on his home internet, or anything else that actually indicates human presence during the period that the perp can be tracked.
Watching him cringe at the autopsy photo of the wounds made me laugh out loud. Not in a disrespectful way to Mr German but the audacity of Telles seeing his handwork. God I hope that mistress takes the stand.
He’s so shocked by it but keeps staring at the screen the entire time the photos are up. Surely any normal person would be looking at them for as little time as possible
Telles' defense that this was some frame job or conspiracy because he was a righteous whisteblower is laughable. He was just an egotistical bully who couldn't stand some old journalist had contributed to his political downfall. His DNA on the victim, the surveillance video of his car, cut up shoe, duffel bag, and cut up straw hat are all such damning evidence that his lawyers have to conjure up a bogeyman to blame instead.
@@emily.toombs He is also alleging probate corruption. When a family member dies and there is no will their home goes into probate. A third party realty company comes in and values the home at far less than the actual value and is sold to a strawman/ a ghost. The realty company sells it to this ghost pays the family less than the home is worth then turns around and sells the property for the full value and keeps the profits. That's what I gather from the defense's opening statement. I think Telles is saying he exposed that and now there are people after him. Oh and the defense claims the state was working with only one realty company so it would limit relatives options for selling their inheritance.
@@emily.toombs he blew the whistle on the real estate fraud/favoritism. alleged that his predecessor in the office and staff favored one particular realty company. they worked together to devalue the homes of a deceased person, then turn around and sell the home at a higher price. the defense's opening statement explains it actually quite well.
Why did these 2 RE agent need to be called. They didnt really offer the police any assistance to their investigation. They should have called the tip line when they saw the car and recognized his gait, not days later.
So the reason Telles did not have blood on his clothes is clearly that the cause of death was the puncturing of the Aorta (causes death within minutes) and the left ventricle (death is a little slower) and the punctured lung - a haemopneumothorax which leads to pressure build-up in chest and eventually crushing the heart and non-injured lung, the diaphragm stabbing will also cause pressure into the chest...so despite all of these injuries the bleeding would have been into the chest and abdomen and not the skin. In addition, most of the other stab wounds were skin and muscle and therefore don't bleed a lot, especially as the body's immediate fight or flight response - release of adrenaline and noradrenaline, cortisol all leading to the release of one of the bodies most potent vasoconstrictor which shunts blood away from all non-essential organs, limbs etc. and sends what little he would have had to only the brain, heart/lungs and a tiny amount to kidneys. Then tie in with all of this to the carotid artery - which probably was inflicted after the heart, lung etc. hence not much blood from it. I wish these Coroners would say this but the issue is they do not see alive patients or ones that have passed within minutes as we do in the ER. Also, the carotid can bleed internally down into the neck. I have also not heard how much blood was found in the chest cavity as that would be telling if the carotid bled very little as once the Aorta is ruptured one loses their entire circulating volume!! This is evidenced by most people who die of a ruptured aorta do so within minutes and at the scene.
I’m rewatching so my first post. I will continue to watch for sir but 💯 so far he did this. I have to turn my head when look at him. The look he had on his face of shock, amazement and sadness is sickening. His lawyers need to tell him to tune it down.
Wow - the whole town conspired to frame the defendant - also if he was frame and put the shoes etc in his house I would have added a lot more blood in Telles home and more of Telles stuff at the poor murdered man. It’s either a terribly planned conspiracy or Telles is guilty
Those are gorgeous. I ordered the holographic gel and the set with the peach gel in it. Should be here in the next few days. I can't wait because I know I ordered more but can't remember. It'll be a wee surprise! I totally get how you feel about anxiety attacks. I recently started suffering them due to PTSD that has got worse over the past few months. Hope things ease for you soon. ❤
It appears to me that Mr. German was a truly nice guy who knew right from wrong and tried to improve other people's lives. And in contrast, Mr Telles was only operating on what was favourable and beneficial to himself. Quite interesting from a psychological standpoint.
He will go down 99.99% fake until u make it. Pure evil. Good fatherv whit family the photo I see. But M a father. He can die in prison IMO. even the ppl at his office didint like what he was act to them . Narc behavior and more for sure. Look his eyes. When he see the autop. Fake face . Its easy to read this guy. Ppl frame him sure dude 😂😂😂 good luck
This horrible liar’s ridiculously forced fake expressions during the ME’s testimony, is exactly why attorneys tell their clients not to make any facial expressions whatsoever during their trials. This is what happens when guilty people do it anyway.
Your comment is a joke, just like you. This is the United States of America, everyone - even people YOU do not like - has a right to a trial and legal counsel. You don't like it, you're free to leave to whatever shithole country you'd like.
