It's just reasonable suspicion. I see it regularly in my line of work, people always, "Used to work in my profession" or "Know somebody who works in my profession." It's just little things like that, they are seen as red flags, they are trying to share something with you in hopes that you side with them. Now it is completely possible that she is an extra or something.

Evidence doesnt match her story much and she sounded defensive right out the gate which makes no sense unless she's really trying to sell it cause all he asked was what happened.
