I remember years ago a guy worked for me said he did not care about all this modern stuff that if the woman does not have custody something is very, very wrong. He was so right.

Honestly custody in America if so dumb, my cousins mother is a crackhead that would take their money and yet she somehow got custody. She at one point when they were 13 or 12 left my 3 cousin in a motel while she stayed in a separate one. Yet somehow she got custody, I’m not saying their father is that much better but he does do crack atleast

Yeah, but with a DUI, they've caught you red-handed. He watched her drive up. In most states you are required to blow into the breathalyzer, failure to comply results in the same penalty as a DUI. It's a no win in her situation.
Being on the other end of it.. remembering when my mom wouldn't show up for visits because she had been drinking.. its aweful. I don't understand how a mother could do that to her babies.

50 some-odd years back when I was a kid, a friend's mom came to school to pick up Bobby and she was a hot mess. Hopped the sidewalk & hit the corner of the school bldg with her car! We kids were some yards away waiting for the bus & witnessed it. When she opened the car door, she literally fell out of the car!! Teachers/Principal came out, and one of the teachers gave Bobby a ride home while another called the cops. Saddest thing was being 7-8 years old then, and watching Mrs. Tomiletto being put into a squad car in handcuffs! The next day, teachers instructed ALL students at the school to not mention that incident, and NEVER ask Bobby about it. To my knowledge, none of us did. An early life lesson about DUI's for us all!

The rest of the country needs to take note on how a real police officer should act! That officer wasn't rude, or cynical. He didn't use excessive force. He was calm and did his job perfectly! Taking a dangerous person off the road in a professional manner. We need more cops like him out on the streets!!! 👍

My dad used to pick me up from school hammered with a full glass of whiskey in the cup holder. I thought that was normal... I turned 32 years old last month and celebrate 2 years sobriety next month. Thank God for AA.
