junkie losers think it's a big deal to know some BS like that.. Just like urban dudes try braggin about "I take care of my kids" like it's some accomplishment.. Congrats on doing what you were supposed to do.. smh
You're all fools. Idiots. He arrested him on site for the two misdemeanors and a promise to appear to court which im sure this guy won't seein he's all twacked out and then they'll just issue a warrant for his arrest. Simple.
Scorch428 Not really. For someone who smokes & u get pulled over, it’s kind of a reflex thing to do because you’re sitting there waiting & also because it “calms” us down. But I do agree that maybe half the time when someone lights up it’s not a good sign
My neighbors house got raided last year and they had him out front while the other cops looked inside. My nosy self couldn’t help but overhear their conversation and then the officer offered him to smoke if he wanted. This particular cop I saw was surprisingly compassionate.
1) Make sure you're high af 2) Make sure you have no ID on you 3) Turn on your wipers 4) Straddle the white line Piece o' cake right. Now get out there and make us proud.
The police officer for some reason wanted to give this young man a chance to turn around and believed he had a job and wanted a break. Good for him. Good for both of them.
It's a parking lot, you dont have to follow the lines or anything, not even the stop signs, they're not thoroughfares and the lines and symbols are just to try and help make it safer
Everytime i get pulled over i spark a square. It instantly makes you more dominant when you ash and hit a square in the middle of saying your first and last name
"If I see you driving this car again ima arrest you okay"?...."sounds good". "Okay get in and park your car here".." Yes sir"......gets in car and starts to park. Flips lights on "sir get out of the vehicle" lmfaooo
“Good evening sir, Spokane Sheriff’s Dept, is there a reason you’re driving this without a valid license tonight? This is the 2nd time I’ve pulled you over for this tonight!” “What?!.......Don’t taze me bro!” (Bzzzzzzzzz-Zappppp) “10-211 to dispatch, subject in custody, tazer deployed, go ahead and start medical out here” “(to camera) Some people just never learn their lesson”
You don’t need a license to drive on private property. You do need a license to drive on roads which are owned by the government but funded through tax money as well as other things. You got it backwards boss
I feel like that's a big reason alot of people flip out and start resisting without even knowing they are. They just get a fight or flight reaction once they hear "you're under arrest". That's why alot of the time they say "I didnt resist!!" When they clearly tried to pull away once the cop grabs their arm and says they're under arrest lol
@@mikeschiavoni5973 Detained means that you no longer have the right to walk away, and the cop can hold on to you. They can detain you for basically anything they want. However, it has to be short and simple. If during that short period they don't have sufficient cause, they have to cut you loose or all further evidence - including admissions of guilt and evidence found while search your car - can be thrown out of court. Thats why you might see in Live PD someone who is super suspicious walk away - they just didn't have the evidence in a reasonable amount of time to do more and any attempt at conviction would likely be a failure due to a lawyer showing that they were held too long and thus arrested without cause. While you're detained, they may arrest you, which means they believe they have sufficient evidence or cause to believe you are in violation. At that point, they can question you further and more in depth, or charge you. If you're being brought in to jail, its because your crime is fairly serious or they need to really dig deep to get their evidence. You may just be told to show up later for small things, like traffic offenses that will usually just result in fines.
U ever see that flat earth dude get pulled over and told to not drive. It was one if those sovereign citizens with the earth is flat on his back windshield
I've been exactly right there a couple times when I was a teenager.. Hard to describe the feeling hearing those words from an officer: "I'm gonna give you a break and not take you to jail.."
@Eye of the Day soo....... If i move my car up the rode like 10 meters turn off the car get out stay for 5mins and move 10 metres and repete that does that count? Xd trying to find loop holes
@@deathbattgaming9648 They got an impaired driver off the road and gave the kid a huge break. And you are demeaning about them. I rather question your mind!
@@13Gangland sad too say but true. That cop was being extremely gracious. And the Adderall script is the only thing that kept him out of the back of that cop car. He definitely was on Molly. LSD he would of been freaking out worse than he was.
@@Whompy420 na it was mdma definitlely, light shone into eyes when rolling gets em a little smaller but not small but still huge exactly like in the video
@@Benjamin-pd7ud idk, they didn't contract that much. ive looked at my pupils rolling and turned on the lights.. who knows... he was on a stimulant, thats for sure.
What if he cant afford it? You think a bus is gonna run at night? smh. We're all just trying to live... Plus the only thing that makes cops more powerful is that government... Its all politics. Its the Earth, no one is greater than anyone else but they pretend like they are.
Pretty certain it's Adderall, from reading his and the cop's lips when they silenced it (since it's a trademarked name brand) and how he referenced his medical condition. If you ask me, it's the same as taking street amp except it's pharma level purity and dosage controlled.
Why are yall arguing over what substance he was on? It was clearly som type of upper but people look and act pretty similar whether or not they're tweaking or rolling.
Officer: Justin who?? "Justin case I know him" He shroomin' or acid tripping. This pull over just gave him a bad trip now and he all in his feelings lol.
@@minibikemadman key word knew. lol. if someone took 10 adderalls at 30mg IR, their heart would likely have abnormal rate/rhythm and they'd die. unless they have a high tolerance by chance. 12? lights out. 360mg amphetamine, youre dead. the bioavail. is too high
Unfortunately this guy Died. His name was Justin Wilkie and died of some sort of drug overdose. Pretty sad to see he seemed like a good dude but just troubled.
Gulfstream-TV Studios your lack of empathy is astounding. Perhaps one day you’ll have a drug addicted friend or family member and you’ll realize how wonderful most of these people are and what they are capable of overcoming with support from those around them.
Missouri PD: "okay we found .1g of marijuana and the driver admitted to smoking last February we're gonna book him on suspicion of DWAI-Drugs" Washington PD: "this man is clearly on 100mg+ of adderall IR but we're just gonna give him a ticket for the suspended license and let him drive away"
WA cops can be very in between, Ive had cops try to take my license away over a “failed” stop at a stop sign, and when was younger and wild got away with too much I should be in jail for. It’s crazy.
Willburz ! Well, not sure if you are, but as a local, different counties, different rules, definitely not smart to just walk around and smoke it though whether people care or not. I want weed legalized for as long as the next person, so I really don’t agree with people thinking they can just do whatever because it’s ‘legal’. There’s still rules in every state and county.
wafflekiller1727 my mom and I were driving through Cary NC to get to somewhere and she got stopped and fined like 500 for going 5 mph in a school zone...even though it was a hour after school got out
“They don’t want to help me they just want to throw me in jail” very very true man. There’s no such thing as rehabilitation in the justice system. It’s all time and money they want from you. Not defending this guy at all I’m just saying
@@SLUMP317 I understand the point you are trying to make. I do think however that a commitment to change and change of mindset is required post release. Relying on the government to better yourself in prison can only take you so far.
He said he had a script that's why they didn't DUI him it made sense they new he abused it but it's not gonna hold up in court plus the cop was really chill so he got lucky
Luv seeing when officers truly can give someone a break and do! This officer cut him a lot of breaks and it's nice to see. He is obviously young and maybe now he will remember how this officer treated him and do things the right way from here on out.
