Everyone in Tulsa mad at the show. Like it was so good. Just show a few more white people getting arrested so everyone js happy and put it back on!!! Bc granted they were showing lots of minorities and it seems some cops just pull them over before whites. It’s messed up but police work in general is fun to watch and there’s no reason to cancel a show bc of the mob
Wel for 1- He ain't nobody's plug if he sellin grams at a time and 2. He cant be a plug if he stupid enough to have them bagged individually like that lmao
He only gave him a possession charge because the cops didnt see him smokin or see him selling only sittin in a car and being suspicous is not a crime and it wont be able to hold up in court because the cop had no probable cause to search his car because being suspicious is not a crime ... Know your rights
If a dealers has the weed bagged individually then when you buy it it’s gonna be bagged individually. Just cuz you got more than 1 bag doesn’t mean your sellin
"Don't sit in your truck, man. You could end up getting robbed or something." Proceeds to take all his weed and give him a ticket to pay. Sounds like he did get robbed.
@@masteroftheuniverse9929 agreed its against the law regardless, you have to respect the law. And punishment comes when you break the law aka a ticket. This is how all stops like this should go down.
For the most part, cops are cool about it. Here in Texas I was in this same situation where I was parked at a park smoking a joint. When the cop came up to my window and found the joint, all he did was throw it on the ground and stomp on it, and scolded me a bit but no ticket.. He even allowed me to drive off whilst high.. so sometimes they can be really cool about it.
Brandoza dude I just got off one year probation and had to pay a $3,300 for getting caught with 4 grams in Tennessee... now I have to pay $450 to get expunged
Bailey Smith stoners need to stop equating natural and harmless, yes weed is harmless but the fact that it is natural is irrlevant and that's a stupid thought process
@@donnygipson7313 in oregon we got a shop that selling 40$ top shelve ounces. The downside with the 40$ oz is that you don't pick the strain you want tho.
SupaEMT134 its true I don't understand why we are treated as criminals. Im a legal cannabis patient in a medically legal state, and have still been arrested and denied medical assistance while arrested. Not all cops are here to help, some are just the "HERO" and convinced that everyone else is the "BAD GUY".
They have to do it or they get fired, the best course of action would be voting for a marijuana legalization bill in your state, most of the drug laws i personally think are absolutely arbitrary.
They have to do it or they get fired, vote for your state to legalize it, there's more cops than you think that are in favor of legalizing weed and don't want to have to deal with this either. It's bad for both sides.
The cops where I live always say they dont care about weed as long as your not driving or in public in other words they told me just smoke weed in your house lol
It seems pretty clear that he doesn't agree with weed being illegal either, but he has to do his job else he gets fired. It's bad for both sides but i really appreciate his sympathy and leniency here.
@@ChristopherGray00 it's called discretion, I'm guessing you have no clue so here's a quarter so u can buy one. At the end of the day, they are just a gang.
Glad he just got a ticket. I will be so happy when they legalize marijuana in South Carolina and on the federal level. It's just a plant that makes you feel better
I love this cop. Seems like he treats everyone fairly. Red white blue yellow or black. P.S. Also has some good shoe eyes. (: Hope he keeps up the great work
This is literally the first video I've ever seen them talk about testing a "Suspicious white substance" and it didn't turn out to be drugs. 👍 I haven't lost hope in my Stoner community
People say good cop for just writing a ticket but you don't realize that getting a ticket is still a charge that you have to go to court for and possibly go to jail. There's no difference between the guy who gets a ticket and a guy who gets arrested and bailed out right when he gets to the jail they still both got that possession charge over their head they have to go to court on.
When you live in a state with legalized recreational marijuana and you see other states' municipal departments making a big deal out of cannabis... It seems like those States have gone nuts.
If I ever get stopped I want this dude to be the cop who walks up this guys great real calm laughs keeps everybody calm this definitely could of escalated
I feel like this is going to get thrown out in court if he gets a lawyer it since the stop to begin with really wasn't reasonable. He technically never committed a crime for the initial stop. everything gets thrown out
Your wrong. Even though he didn’t commit a crime, their was reason suspicion that he was in the act of commiting a crime because he was out in a car at 3 A.M. Completely justified that the cops questioned him.
We shouldn't need to live in fear and cops need to use their discretion to decide which laws to enforce that will both improve community and safety in each instance. If they let all weed dealers without violent felonies or hard drug felonies go and carry firearms like all business owners are allowed to do then that would improve community relationships a lot. If they caught the people who rob weed dealers it would help more. Bottom line someone could carry something only one day and use it that same day, while a dealer who carries weed and a firearm with the purpose of defending that weed and his life with the firearm wont use it unless he needs it because he likes making money the right way.
People moaning about weed need to shut up, the police gotta do what they gotta do with the laws. If you spent more time campaigning to get it made legal and less time yapping on youtube things might change.
You think thousands haven't all over the country for dozens of years? You're a moron. Watch how NC senators talked about it. They acknowledged it's a great money grab, isn't harmful, and wastes tax dollars on conviction, and still said if you don't like our laws then leave the state. Ignorant people like you and the NC congressmen are the reason it's illegal in the first place. Brain dead morons.
