nah . possession of a gun w/o a license and that much tree at the same time can get anyone sent to jail , regardless of a good attitude . a good attitude rlly only saves u if 1) the cop is a good person at the end of the day and 2) it’s a petty crime & something super small (jaywalking, traffic stop, small posession of tree) .. anything that’ll lead to a felony regardless will get u sent to jail . v rare that cops just write citations for ppl who have weight on em .

The student didn’t really look as if he belonged hanging with them. He probably just wanted a little leaf and those fools had a gun with them to just rob the vulnerable. Even if he was baked, they probably smoked him out and was scheming to hit him with a gun leaving him scared, and confused and in nothing to do but submit. Seen it happen

Please, I been busted few times and they strip search every time you get processed, I never seen extra charges for them missing something in the inital arrest, they just throw what they find at jail into what you already got caught with. Cops lie, its what they doo.
@@philtanics1082 That's... That's what the extra charges are, my guy. They throw whatever they find in with the lump sum of your charges, it goes to your fine amount and possible jail time. It ain't a totally separate charge.

He was trying to be nice and he blew it. This is what the I heard the young man speak to the youth and their parents about "Teach your kids to survive the encounter". This could have went in downward direction had that cop been an adshole and not being filmed. The officer didn't touch him aggresive. He (the cop) was trying to keep things calm so he could give the dude a little slack with the charges.

At first I thought I misheard him at 3:46, but after listening to it dozens of times, sure enough, he really said: "Ya know what, don't even worry about it, do whatever to bring them to jail, let us know, we'll just put phony charges on them from there."... He KNOWS all the cameras are rolling and no DETECTIVE would be THAT stupid, so it very well could be a mind game he's playing, I've seen interrogators do that before when they're working towards a confession.
