Pozdrawiam serdecznie i życzę wam pokoju i bezpieczeństwa. Polacy zawsze pomogą i każdemu, kłócimy się, spieramy ale jak jest potrzeba potrafimy się połączyć i okazać pomoc. Mam w Polsce wielu wspaniałych przyjaciół Ukraińców, którzy też bardzo mi pomogli kiedy tej pomocy potrzebowałam i nigdy im tego nie zapomnę. Mam koleżankę, która pochodzi z miejscowości Czerkasy, wiele razy opowiadała o tym pięknym miejscu położony nad rzeką, jeszcze przed wojną zapraszała mnie do swojego domu rodzinnego, planowaliśmy wyjazd ale niestety wojna pokrzyżowała plany. Mam nadzieję, że kiedyś się to uda

Śmieszny jesteś. Rakiety nie mogą namierzyć, śmigłowców. Rakieta z Ukrainy leci i zabija dwóch Polaków... Oszukuje sie obywatelki polskich. Dopiero jak zwykły człowiek w lesie namierzy i zrobi zdjecie, nagle jest reakcja. Błaszczak powinien zostać dawno temu zdymisjonowany. I na czym polegają zakupy, np czołgów? Jedne zamówienia z USA, drugie z Niemiec, kolejne z Korei... każdy działa w innym systemie, wymaga oddzielnego serwisowania i ludzi. To jest mnożenie kosztów! Nas na to nie stać. For some reason our government only invited Polish soldiers who were actually in Poland in 1946, and of course Moscow intervened and instructed them not to accept it. Eventually after some pressure from Parliament and from the RAF, our government did invite a small number of the Polish pilots who were still in U.K., but they understandably refused it because many of their colleagues from the Air Force & Navy had been ignored. Likewise the partition of Europe was a huge price to pay for victory over the Nazis, I don’t know if those who agreed to it could foresee 40+ years of an evil Soviet empire that would be created, and maybe there was a missed opportunity, but unfortunately at the time all sides were exhausted and there was no appetite left for war. What we see now is not only about Ukraine, it’s about never letting Russia repeat the same trick again. I’m proud of the support the U.K. has shown to Ukraine, and of the British troops stationed in Estonia with their NATO allies in Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. And I’m well aware that Poland has done more than anyone to support Ukraine in humanitarian assistance as well as weapons. I also appreciate that Poland is one of the countries (like the U.K.) which contributes its fair share to the NATO budget.

Not true. Great Britain did not join the war after the Germans invaded Poland. There was a lot of enthusiasm... and after a while the escape of the British Expeditionary Forces from Dunkirk through the English Channel to England.

When Germany invaded Poland, Britain issued an ultimatum to Germany two days later on 3 September 1939 to withdraw its troops from Poland, which expired at 11:00 am on the same day. There was no response from Germany, so Britain automatically declared war on Germany which was announced by the PM on the same day at 11:15 am. Within hours, France also declared war on Germany. The British Expeditionary Force began to arrive in France from the next day, and spent the following months preparing defences along with the French, for the inevitable invasion by Germany. To think that the BEF could suddenly appear at the Polish border when Poland was already being divided up between Germany and the Soviets is unrealistic. The French, Belgian, Dutch allies on the Western Front were overwhelmed which led to the BEF being cut off and isolated, and its withdrawal at Dunkirk was the only alternative to annihilation at that point. The British forces which were rescued across the Channel formed the basis of Britain’s force to return later in 1944 together with its western allies, to invade and liberate Western Europe. Maybe you forgot that part 😊
