1. The safe harbor date is in December. It is UNMOVABLE. States certificates of ascertainment WILL be in the archives by that date. This will NOT be a problem. All states WILL do this on time. 2. JAN 6th is a DEADLINE & it is REQUIRED that Congress certify the election ON JAN 6. PERIOD. This is not a movable date. 3. Jan 3 is when Congress is sworn in. AGAIN, this is NONNEGOTIABLE. It WILL OCCUR. Period. 4. The constitution REQUIRES that Biden’s presidency ends on JAN 20 AT NOON. If a new president is not sworn in, the Speaker of the House - SWORN IN ON JAN 3, likely Hakeem Jeffries will be a temporary president until the election is settled, but this isn’t going to happen because the certification CEREMONY WILL TAKE PLACE ON JAN 6. 5. The ONLY WAY this goes to SCOTUS in any meaningful way is if ONE STATE is contested. And that only matters if Harris doesn’t have 270 electoral votes without that state. In 2020, scotus refused to take up lawsuits. Your questions were terrible. They aren’t accurate or reflecting in any law whatsoever. You confused yourselves & your readings were off as a result. Fox called Arizona on election night, but not the whole race. The problem you might be getting at is how spineless the media was at that time. They literally coordinated the call between all the networks because everyone was afraid to call it first. This is already happening now. The media is pushing the narrative about the polls being “so close” when they aren’t. They are contributing to the issue we will have BEFORE THE SAFE HARBOR DATE.
