Ok in the beginning when he is filling it after rolling and cutting, I thought he is not sealing it properly and it will open in the process of baking. But when at the time of serving he opens it for more filling of cheese, ketchup, chilli sauce then i understand that why he was not closing it properly. It is one of my best snake that why I put a lot of weight due to a lot of ghee in the process. I must admit that I learnt something from it to spray little water or milk before goes into the baking oven. Thanks
Puff gets heated before eating and if you didn't know any food item which gets heated or cooked does not contain virus cuz the heat kills it and any other germs .

Very unhygienic place; the guy making it is not even wearing shoes and that board used for marking looks dirty. God knows what all crawls when it is stored overnight. Better to avoid eating and regret it later!
