Brother Brendon, people from Hyderabad, India pronounce Q as KH (ق = خ) it's their dialect and in their culture. Even after the partition of India dated back 77 years, we have 3rd generation born Pakistanis of Hyderabadi descent pronouncing Q like this.

@abutalsafuba2179 yea evidence is prophet peace and blessing be upon him warned us to not to takfir as if u do either that person is kafir or you are. If he is not kafir and u slender him then u take the blame. Hance, scholars say that layman shouldn't do takfir as we don't have all the facts and it should be left for muslim judge, ruler or the scholars to make those call. Also, there is apostasy law that goes with it. So if everybody starts doing takfir, then which case is true and which is not. It's like pointing fingers for every Lil disagreement in religious matter. For example, if a person has athari aqqeda meets a person with ashari aqeeda, should they start takfiring each other? Now show me where evidence that says anyone, even layman's can and should do takfir?
@@shachow-k4l The evidence you posted doesnt say dont make takfir. It says if one makes takfir on the one who doesnt deserve it then it comes back to you. So as long as you make takfir with evidence against the one who deserves it, then no problem.
@abutalsafuba2179 but it's a warning against layman to not make takfir, thats the whole point. Also, takfir by layman can be bad, as i mentioned , there is whole set of law for apostasy. So layman can't and shouldn't takfir. Anyway how do u someone is a kafir. I hear so many times ppl say "I never see him pray he is a kafir" question is how do u know? Maybe he pray in secret, or in his house. So u shouldn't takfir a safety measurement. But I do agree nothing in the hadith says layman can't do takfir.
It seams the hosts cater to the gullible audience with vague answers and no solid ground to stand on. When they face tough questions then their typical answer is that "we are limited in knowledge"
