I can see that Neo and Khaotung are really close friends because Neo does not hesitate to touch Khao's shoulder and fidget on his clothes unconciously while on live.

I noticed every time neo touched khaos skin, khao would move. Like when neo grazed his hand he moved his hand. So i feel like neo just liked the sweater
About Neo, I came across a comment stating that he lost his favourite blanket in Singapore, which made him cry too much. Khao's cardigan had the same texture, so he might have been unable to resist. We can see that he is not touching Khao's body but only the cloth. Otherwise, Khao would have felt something unusual as well, right? though this is so distracting to watch as also I have no English Sub 😢! LOL
It’s not nice when fans misunderstand actors like this. It’s really not okay to do this to actors, they are human beings with feelings. Also, that’s an involuntary soothing technique. Especially when someone is nervous. Neo and Khaotung have been friends for so many years.
