To achieve this kind of blending without additives (other than plain water) is magic. Some acrylics are, in fact, transparent, just as oils are, but your technique is beyond amazing.

Wow !....nearly every acrylic portrait tutorial I have seen on RU-vid are okay but they always seem a bit cartoony and not realistic enough for me ...this is the first time I’ve seen anyone use acrylic in such a way with portraits.. that it’s almost like oil very translucent. Thank you so much for sharing!...... please do more acrylic videos I do love oils but some people can’t use them because of allergies,.... I’m sure many people will watch if you do ....thank you so much for your work🙏👏👏
