How did the interviewer conclude that those in the MoF don't know Finance?

In today's India, modernising Agricultural Sector and Indutrial Sector employing labour intensive technologies is the need of the hour to increase real GDP, reduce unemployment levels and to ensure reduction of economic inequalities.

If Rahul Gandhi really wants to represent India one day as a PM, he should bring more gravity his body language, sitting straight on a chair rather than slouching casually in the chair, and not shaking his legs or feet while sitting from time to time.
