looks like CBGBs, from the shape of the stage, meaning the way ppl are lined up along the side closest to camera, which was a hallway which had 3 'cubby rooms' as backstage and led to stairway down to 'facilities' that's def James LO on dRuMs i'd put it @ '84 / '85 hope that helps @@VideowaveMusic
