I think that's one of the best way. However it's not a guarantee. Most of the time native speaker doesn't know how to teach the language and the patience to teach it. Most of the time natives don't have the patience😆 so they will just speak in English. The learner must be proactive always. Always asking, practicing and studying inorder to acquire the language fast. It's good though to have someone to practice the language with everyday. ☺️
That is true. I have a gf from CDO for almost two years and lived there for 13 months but I’m back in the states. She would rather just speak English than to teach me so that is why I am taking this course. 😅
