Hi Aaron, I’m in my 60’s and about a year ago my daughter told me about Procreate. I started doodling in it. I’m definitely not going to be a professional artist but I sure am having fun. I love watching videos artists like you have made. You and your art delivers smiles and joy. I’ll probably never do too much with the Procreate Dreams but, I’m definitely going to have fun trying. My grandchildren love to play doodling fun with grandma. Thank you for sharing your creative genius. ❤
I just purchased your Annual Premium Membership with the BOGO as a gift to myself in 2024 :). I love your animation and teachings. Thank you for all the RU-vid videos you generously share.
Can’t use it for my animations yet with so many features missing, but they are definitely on the right track especially with being able to do post effects live and non destructively right in the app. Still I was a fair bit disappointed with how many key features is missing in the initial release, my biggest gripe is the forced antialiasing on the canvas that’s zoom dependent.
TIP to avoid wearing gloves: In your project, click the project title in order to enter settings, go to preferences, and unclick "Enable painting with finger"
Great stream. I wonder if Aaron has every tried other animation apps on ipad although the app doesnt make up for skill I'd be curious to know his thoughts on ToonSquid. I started trying other ones after trying dreams, dreams is alright and I tried Toon Squid for first time, and personally its the easiest /best as far as ipad animation apps to me. It's like procreate but with a timeline, the app is more intuitive, can just focus on animating.
