I went to a Montessori preschool in Australia (I’m 19 now). One day when I have kids I definitely want to have some of these activities set up. This was an awesome video, thank you for sharing :) x
I think you are very lucky to have gone to a Montessori preschool. And great that you are interested in Montessori if you ever have children. Have a lovely day!
Your classroom is beautiful! Wow only 12 children that's really nice, and they have 2 rooms! I'm a toddler teacher and we usually have 21 but we have 15 and the rest doing distance learning. I just moved from infants to toddlers so I'm still setting up my classroom. Its taking time, but I would love it to look like yours.
I am planning on opening a mini montessori at home day care and if you have any imput on some basic spaces I could have in a limited space please I would love to hear from you!! I love your work!! You inspire me so so much!!
Thank you for much for this awesome video. Unfortunately, there is no Montessori school in my country, thus I would like to purchase some of the materials for home use. Do you have any specific online store you use to purchase the toys? Many thanks
I love this is your book available on amazon to the UK? can you recommend any courses online for homeschooling mothers like myself and any curriculums created to follow? Im a beginner and abit lost where to start, I can get printable materials but I don't know whats best to teach first etc.. other than the setup of the home and toys.. do you do toy rotations their and any theme display tables?
Hi Janine, I hope that my book will be on Amazon in the future. At the moment the only place to purchase is via my website. You may be interested in Carrots are Orange courses for homeschooling Montessori-style. I do rotate the toys from time to time but not so much theme display tables. Hope that helps!
Such a lovely space! I absolutely love your food prep area! I also had a question about one of your puzzles. Who makes the circle and square fraction puzzle? I love the control of error that is built into this puzzle vs. others on the market.
Hi thank you so much for sharing this video this is so inspiring. I'm moving to the Netherland this summer and I want to be a montessori teacher. Do you have any recommendation ? How didi you start ? Thank you !
Exciting about your move! If you speak Dutch then you can follow a teaching degree in the Netherlands with a specialism in Montessori. If you only speak English then unfortunately there is only one English speaking Montessori school I know of in Pijnacker. You could contact them to see what training you would need. Good luck!
I have many online courses for parents here: courses.themontessorinotebook.com/courses To become a teacher you can find more information about Montessori training here: www.themontessorinotebook.com/where-to-do-montessori-training/
