If you are using response spectrum method program calculated time period is ok but if you are using equivalent seismic coefficient method I think time period should be user defined

Greetings with thanks for very good lecture. I am student at this age of 77. We constructed 4 story flats with 6"x 18" RC columns in 1977 / 80 in seismic zone z factor g/15. (now 2-B) have with stood many earthquakes. but now don't recommend that to be done. .

At 4 corners column center is not exactly coinside with beam centerline then how you will adjust there ( we can adjust column or beam ?)
