Im sure if they had any proof , theyd be just too glad to wave it around! But there is none ......Not the first tim theres no proof to substantiate....I rest my case......
No the ICJ rules are for EVERYONE. It is only the US that has allowed Israel to get away with war crimes for over 70 years by vetoing every single charge against Israel throughout that time. And those charges have been numerous.
You can also say that the actions of Israel in this slaughter speak louder then words as well.34,000 dead Palestinians, 78,000 wounded the vast majority (70%) of which are women and children.
So the “same standard” of remediation under the Leahy Act means that in every instance with every country we defer to that country’s internal process? That is no standard. What a ridiculous interpretation and lack of transparency. And now they defer to the IDF when it comes to explaining the mass graves? It is sad to be an American and realize we need to rely on other countries rather than our own to seek justice and peace in the world.
Why can't the units be revealled? They committed human rights violations and the Palestinian people have a right to know. What difference does the relationship between two countries matter when human rights are being broken? People are dying and you're just saying well go ahead we have told you we don't like what you're doing but carry on. So what did Israel do to the other 3 units where they violated human rights? A slap on the hand? A slap on the back or nothing at all?
