Robert Telles faces trial for the murder of Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German. After German wrote several articles about Telles, a public administrator at the time, he was found stabbed to death outside his home in September 2022. Prosecutors claim Telles’ DNA was found under German’s fingernails. Telles has pleaded not guilty and says he was framed for the murder.

He intentionally keeps holding his eyebrows up like that, trying to create an “innocent” appearance. But it’s not working, it just makes him look weird, lol.🤡 Because even _actual_ innocent people’s eyebrows don’t STAY in that position constantly like Telles is doing. His bizarre expressions are all manipulative, but since psychopaths don’t know how to imitate real human emotions, he’s just making himself look like a clown🤡😂

Im impressed that whoever apparently framed him didnt just plant the shoes at his house, but planted a shoe and a half with a bag of pieces to make it look like he was slowly breaking down the evidence to get rid of it more thoroughly. Thats some framing dedication right there!!!

I think it's because the defense is going to say "those aren't my shoes! They planted those!" So prosecution is going to get ahead of it. They're his shoes, with his DNA, that he was wearing as part of his disguise, that he had cut up and hidden, and was planning to more thoroughly dispose of.

I dont believe there was dna on the shoe pieces. Blood was but no dna. DnA only on fingernails I believe.

He hadn't even finished cutting everything up. The plan was not as masterful as he thought, so he became the most obvious suspect. The investigation focused on him pretty soon, so he didn't have time to get rid of them.

After Mr. German raised his garage door, instead of entering his garage, was there a deliberate noise from Telles from the side of the house that Mr. German heard to lure him on the side of his house in order to murder him? Something had to have drawn Mr. German such as for EXAMPLES: a whistle, or a slight banging noise, or the unzipping of the gym/tote bag, or the quiet voice from Telles calling out Mr. German’s name? Something drew Mr. German to the side of his house, but what exactly?

That was not military time, just 24-hour clock time, not the same. In Europe 24-hour clock use is common, but I find a lot of people in the US are unfamiliar with it. It's just a matter of a simple subtraction!

I'm late watching this. Telles mouthed his thanks to his mistress when she was leaving. Wasn't she the prosecution's witness? Also at the beginning of her testimony he sure didn't like her saying they weren't friends from the start.

I was at the casting call to be the “assassin” but my build wasn’t quite right so the realty company and the cops sent me home. It’s really uncanny they found just the right person to look and walk like Telles AND find an exact match for a car he barely uses! Bravo!👏

To be fair, the edges of hats worn by Chinese farmers do hang down like that depending on the style. But they don't have a structure with a cap and brim. The usual ones have a more triangular shape. This looks a bit like a sombrero except that Mexican sombreros have an upturned rim. I suppose this helps the brim stay flat and not floppy to obscure the face.

Telles simply needs to explain where he was that day. And are there zero security cameras on his street where he lives? I mean it obviously looks grim. But the 9/2 crime day just doesn't make any sense to me time wise and how there was no blood found in Telles vehicle nor did they process the duffle bag for blood. Why not? They think that was at the scene. It was carried back to where German was found. Ya don't process that item??? Weird

Looks like day 6 or 7 he does get on the stand. I’ve never seen a not-guilty in a trial where the defendant testifies in the trials I’ve watched on this channel.

Might not be much dna evidence on the suspect I.e victims blood, but he could have had plastic foot bags or any plastic covering for his whole body in that bag and got changed back into his own clothes after the killing

So the one witness stated the fingernails tested positive for blood I believe. If that is true Telles would therefore have had scratches on his face or somewhere. But is entire body was covered so I gotta think his face would be the logical place for scratches. Photos of him only showed his hands with the pinky finger smashed.

They should have dressed him up in the same clothes etc and had him walk down the same street with the same cameras. They could do a digital ID of hight, and weight etc. I'm not so sure he wasn't framed.

The defendant appears both unaffected and at the same time, bored at watching the police body cameras as the courtroom is shown the dead body of Mr. German, in fact the defendant appears happy at his heinous crime scene.

How could there not be any blood from Mr. German in that vehicle? Or on the shoes? Or on the scissors? I mean the only place the two DNA was found together was the fingernails. That is bizarre. What are those probability statistics? I guess the next question is when did German and Telles have that meeting? And could German somehow have picked up some Telles DNA from that meeting? This is crazy.

Am I correct in understanding that the victim had 13 wounds..... yet there was NO dna found in the car, on the supposed clothes and shoes. The alleged suspect also had a cut hand and there eas none of his DNA found on thr scene. EXCEPT for under the victims fingernails.... yet the alleged suspect had no wounds from supposed defense from the victim?

I think there is some real truth revealed in his facial expressions. He is re-living these moments so it’s easy for him to look uncomfortable. I imagine seeing the dead body of someone you attached with a knife sone years later

The warning is stated in the title of the video… the words *”MURDER TRIAL”* is a big honking clue that there will likely be autopsy photos. Overly sensitive people should stick to trials that don’t involve subject matter that triggers them.
