The Far West LHD’s Live Your Best Life is about encouraging these conversations to happen. We created a series of videos under the Live Your Best Life theme featuring community members talking about what is their best life and what it means to them. We hope these conversations will encourage you to talk about how you can make changes and how the health service can give you and your family the support you need to be as healthy as you can and live your best life! It's about keeping people healthy, and working as partners with them to achieve their goals, not just to fix them when their sick or injured.
