Might be a good lad. But both lads didn’t do anything. He was a bit of a test to the guys just walking away. Whatever he yelled made them retaliate. As for the first guy didn’t do anything. He walked into him then just swung for him 😂. Deffo gives the bad name sadly
@@michaelginger88mate if anything the bouncer deserves getting his head kicked in he’s the type to not fight fair that’s why he’s a bouncer and anyway it’s his fault for breaking sia rules and perusing him onto public property
@Nitais Servant if you see bouncer come out of venue he was on one. In the lads face. Then ragged him over. Called them maggots and get back where you come from. Yes I don't know what happened in the venue but I've been a Bobby a long time and if I was there the bouncer would be coming with me
I saw one lad getting chased away from a bar by a scumbag bouncer whilst being watched by a copper sat in his range rover he hit the lad when he was on the deck.Needless violence with the copper seeing it and doing nothing.
@@bighands69 Irish white people and English white people aren’t the same bud, know your history of how English treated Irish, telling an Irish man to go back to his country in England is just a racist as telling a Chinese or African man to go back to his country. It’s based on an existing prejudice.
he didn't connect once and the camera panned away when they had a grip of each others clothes...good man for having a go...but 'destroyed' ha ha ha ha ha. I would have liked him to...bouncer seemed a bit of a divvy but then...you don't see what's gone on inside.
Sure we do, but there will be enough opportunity to fight even without assaulting people out on the street. This guys demeanor will eventually get him in bad trouble.
You are joking half of them can't fight that is why they do the door as a pack. Everybody is brave when there is a gang, like most people in gangs they are shithouses.
You can see from the beginning of the video, what the bouncer and his pals had planned to do to that poor guy. Utter coward who hit someone much smaller than himself. It's the same fight, not two different ones. The guy who was attacked by that nasty coward, jumps in too. Well done lads. Self defense is no offence.
Typical shithouse bouncers. I was involved in the club scene in the eighties and nineties most of my doormen were shithouses the only true professional doormen were the real headcase's
Grow up David you massive tory nonce, the average scouser like me is disgusted by this pick, we love the Irish, this prick seems to do this to everyone
So 1st bit was a bouncer thinking he’s big and hard, punching someone who turned away for a split second, and 2nd video is him getting his just desserts for being a prick
the fella that slapped the guy outside the pub back when I was activie he would have been put into hospital the bouncer could have caused a brain injury just takes one punch and hope he got sacked
Doorman’s get treated like shit and people forget they are humans on minimum pay rates, it’s a u great full job... every man has the right to protect him self and dignity.... I’m sure that doorman is a nice guy... how would you feel if someone punched u in the face lol SIA badge what a joke no wonder bars and clubs are struggling to find good staff as soon as you blink at a customer your badge get taken off you....
I call BS. He isn’t a “good guy” at all. If he was a “good guy” he wouldn’t have put his friends…. His colleagues in the middle of that situation to begin with. To often people try to justify this sort of behaviour saying things like, “ah he’s a good guy. Ah he’s really a big softy. Ah he means well because he has a family at home”. Those sorts of excuses only enable more behaviour of this type. Those people saying it wasn’t fair because it wasn’t 1-1. I predict 1 of 3 things here… 1). You dont work and have never worked on the doors. 2). Your behaviour is just like Ray’s. 3). your a friend of family member of Ray’s. I’m sorry say what??. A fight shouldn’t have broke out to begin with. They’re reasons why the SIA were created and why they brought badges in to begin with and it was to get id of this style of doorman. This right here is exactly why doormen have such a bad name. This right here is why so many GOOD, so many positive and professional doormen both men and women end up getting attacked. We all end up getting painted with the same brush. Finally, in reference to those moaning about it not being a 1 on 1 fair fight, i argue this point. If it was 1 on 1 it still wouldn’t have been a “fair fight” anyway. This is because Ray would have been sober and the 2 people he picked fights with in this video were clearly not sober. So this illusion or delusion about it not being a fair fight you are correct, but not in the sense that you were meaning. What is clear to absolutely anyone who has worked doors, anyone who has been “a part of a team” in my own humble opinion Ray is nothing more than a bully and i dare say that the day he was sacked. The day he was arrested. The day he lost his license were the very same day that all of his colleagues that he worked with became a lot safer. It’s not always easy or simple calling out a friend and/or a work colleague on their behaviour due to fear of retribution or retaliation but the less people like Ray that work in any part of front line security, the better the industry will become.
£10 a hour and you put your life on the line... just have a look at how manny doorman have been stabbed on the Job and you have the dignity to take his badge off him
True but my point wasn’t that they’re tough, more the bouncers were put in their place, but you make a fair point…and I for one would not be taking on a bouncer 1 to 1 lol
😂😂😂😂😂😂 Liverpool in the 70 annd 80s they would have been absolutely smashed everyone of them would have been eating hospital food for weeks there not Bouncers thet are ordinary lads with a badge on there arm making wages end of ,if you started fighting with proper bouncer years ago you were drunkvor daft or both because there was only one winner and it wasn't joe public depending wich door it was would depend on how badly you were hurt
Tbh even so, defo no sound bouncers act like that. It’s not right, you’re supposed to deescalate those kinda things by not reacting. He punched him way way too late. It’s fucked. Shouldn’t be a bouncer at all.
@@hatesitrick The strong irish accent gives it away. We all have bad days and customers do tend to push our buttons especially after a couple of drinks. But no I agree with you, comments like that are uncalled for. Either way if someone squares up to you (no matter who started it) fists are gonna fly.
