Don't know if this is real or not but saw somewhere that we have made £20m bid for Ryan Gravenberch but it was turned down by Bayern Munich.

Dunk did you hear that Jorg Schmadtke is rumoured to be signing only 3 month contract with us. This times me if true investment has to be coming anytime between now & summer time.

Good take Dunk! I suppose the interesting thing here would be the MacAllister/Ugarte/Gravenberch triangle so to speak would be that the aforementioned players are different profiles. So it would be interesting and maybe a little disheartening if there is some sort of impact on other signings in midfield (Obviously fee would be the main factor) but lets say Liverpool have to spend more than they'd like on MacAllister (box to box) would unfairly have ramifications on Ugarte (Defensive) or Gravenberch (Technical). Thoughts on the sporting director, sounds like that is almost done and potentially a GK the first deal done for summer, GK Hierarchy shake up with players leaving

My question is, Is it logical to sign one player @ a higher price? or 3 players @ a similar price or a little more money? To me, sign three players and work with is better. Think, what if that one player gets injured! We stock again. At least with three player you have the option. Great point you made and love it. Why would we think Liverpool want everyone know their business move? Things are done behind the wall secretly so rival teams don't make a move on them. I follow all Liverpool fan pod cast and never seen any of them talking about this point of Liverpool is doing their business privately. I say, speculations are not necessarily true.

My thoughts are LFC want to reinforce the squad early so they can assess finances and make a go no go decision on a big move for Jude. If LFC can get the numbers in without blowing the budget then I think we could go back in for Jude . Rose tinted glasses of course .

Di marizo has sed we’re very very interested in Barella and supposedly sent scouts to watch him in the UCL semis, inter have financial issues so hopefully we could swing a deal with them if maybe don’t get one of the other midfield targets or go get him instead of one of the others

I am not so positive, I like the people mentioned but my worry is that we won’t get any of them because FSG say they will cost too much. I still cannot rationalise the Bellingham non move, he is 19, anything we pay for him now is a bargain because we would have him for 12-15 years, think of the saving in transfer fees we are saving in the future, it makes no sense, unless FSG are still looking to sell, in which case they don’t care about 10 years time. I think with this sporting director etc they are just going to end up trying to get very cheap players, in the 20-40 million mark and hope that one will turn into a gem.
