Liverpool fans need to stay humble as an arsenal I wish I was in the position you are and that seeing but not be seen and thats go about our business silently. I hate the fact that we get hyped up just to finish 2nd two season in a row. You are Liverpool and you dont need or shouldn't be seeking validation, just go about your thing discreetly and quietly, the homage and honor will prevail in the end.

This moron doesn't represent the general concenus of Liverpool fans. Most fans will be happy with challenging for the title and come April we'll know where we stand. A cup would be nice or a good cup run. Most fans are pretty humble to be honest. No need to state " Liverpool fans need to stay humble".

New manager, new to lads so I'm happy with top four as a liverpool fan. We got some tough fixtures ahead and I think loosing Alison to hamstring injury is going to hurt us. He's the best keeper in the world so it's a big loss for liverpool. We got world class players throughout our squad so with a bit of luck on side

We are defo better than Arsenal, but Arsenal have been on the up for the couple of season and we have been on the decline/rebuild (even though we competed generally, we looked poor in games against Arsenal and United last season). I’m happy as an underdog and very happy with Slot so far.

Ok. Last season Liverpool were leading the league by 5 points after City and Arsenal drew with only a few games to go. Guess what? Liverpool drew away to United and lost at home to Palace,teams they have already beaten this season. Like it or not Liverpool will challenge for the title.

Bigger teams will come and play which suits liverpool to the ground. You dont know anything about football. Arsenal lost to the lesser teams last season that's what cost them the league.

I love people not seeing Liverpool as title challengers because we still have a bit to prove 1. We haven't played City, Arsenal or Chelsea yet, next 8-10 games will show us a lot more about where we are 2. City and Arsenal have stayed the course last 2 seasons and we haven''t 3. It's always better to be considered outsiders for as long as possible, less pressure It's early to be talking about title races, all we really can bank on is that City and Arsenal will most likely be be the top 2. Whether Liverpool or Chelsea can challenge them over a season remains to be seen. Been a nice start, nonetheless, Could potentially be a very exciting season. If we can't win it, I'd very much like to see Arsenal do it

"I know MacAllister has won world cup but he's not world class", yeh right. Van Dijk won ballon d'or. Allison and Salah are clearly world class too. Diaz scored winners against Brazil and helped his national team make the Copa America finals but he's not world class, ummm ok. Konate has played in WC final too and Chiesa has also the won Euros.. Imagine winning the World Cup and not being considered to be world class.

The day Liverpool let Sadio Mane to go is the day they passed on the banner to Arsenal as a more competitive title contender to mancity. Mane ,Sarah and Vandyk were the backbone of the Liverpool team. LIVERPOOL is now weaker without Mane. With Mane in the team,Liverpool managed to beat Arsenal every time they met.Liverpool now is on top of the Premier league because it hasn't yet faced the big teams like Arsenal, Mancity and even Tottenham.

Once Salah, VVD, TAA and Alisson leave in June, I think it’ll be almost similar to when Utd fans say “we’ve got the winner DNA coz we have Jonny Evans”. Most of the current Liverpool crop haven’t won anything mate. They just beat 6 out of 7 bottom half teams. I do think Liverpool will stay in the title race until March though, and that’ll be a good season for Slot to build on. But next season will be challenging replacing the lost pillars of the team, so maybe another rebuilding one before further challenges.

@@ih5xx3xx9p We’ve beaten most of the teams we’ve played. No reason why we can’t keep that up, agree with the end bit mate. Only if two or three move on. We might get lucky and strike deals with all of them. We will drop off if they move on cos the replacements will take time to bed in. Also it’s tough to replace any of them. They’re all unique and in the conversation as the best in their position in Anfield history. Back in the day we replaced Keegan with Dalglish, Rush with Fowler, Torres with Suarez, we will find another Salah…
