the GOOD that could be done as well as the comfort! & accessibility improvements for someone with issues in day-to-day living, it's a fantastic dream of mine.. ♡
@@anaccount7923 I never quite got that? What's the difference between you winning the lotto and Shaq playing in the NBA making millions. You ever watch Life Styles of the rich and famous?. That show Lottery changed my life?. I'll be a proud winner. I'll do one or 2 shows and call it a day
If it's anything like MA, it's taxed just like income & "life" prizes literally mean "until you die OR if you die before 20yrs (or 30, depends) then the remainder goes to your inheritors or estate until that minimum runs out" lol $u$
All the that you win is the money from hard working / unemployed / homeless people that putting it together, the lottery office collect 35% from the jack pot , on top of that if you choose lum sum they will take another 35% again , the total you win actually 30% and I hope after that you don’t have to pay tax or all the money go to lottery’s office
@@itsover6082 sounds about right ..they just want to take our money ...but I also heard that the winners can designate beneficiary if they die before 20 years after wining ... after 20 years , it stopped since the winner is dead
@@malachibrown3270 your mouth will go off. I'm not taking no mess from any boss or co workers if I have 10k a week coming. You're right about the mental part. Still, who what's 2 jobs? I never heard about 2 great jobs. It's always a guy that do dishes at a restaurant & cleans hotel rooms at night
No 10k for 30-40 years minimum the amount of money he gets has to be atleast 10 million by the end of it as for taxes i dont know my country doesnt do taxes
works the same as any income or unemployment when you have them automatically withhold all necessary taxes & they usually have a minimum of years so if you die before that time your estate gets the guaranteed remainder..
Well let me see here though after Uncle Sam takes out the taxes it's only gonna be about 5 to 6 million over 30 years that is how old Uncle Sam works is by taking at least half isn't he a good fella
1) What do you mean ONLY 12,000,000!??! That's plenty of money lmao 2) After taxes he's getting just under 350k a year. That's very comfortable living, especially in upstate NY.
