@@theinnocentturtle1236yea, it depends on how they feel about him, if they do great on the pitch they will love slot, but if they don’t they will hate slot. it’s 50/50
It's always gonna be a tough job to be the next man after Klopp, but i do think his playing style and philosophy is a great evolution for Liverpool. I really hope he'll succeed.
I still maintain that it will be career suicide for whoever took the Liverpool job because it will be impossible to follow on from Klopp. During his 9 year tenure, he raised the expectations so high that the fans demand success rather than hope for success, and if he doesn’t get off to a good start then I can see it becoming toxic very quickly
The team has not progressed much and has probably stalled during the last 2 years. We have a really good team now. I hooe we can have proper playmaker this season.
@@ethancampbell215 no liverpool fan expects success... did klopp had only success? no.. most liverpool fans are realistic and know that competing with guardiola's city, is quite hard
@@hustlersmelody9641 toldya. When his name been issued, i was "wth, they hire Lex Luthor!". But i was abit confused as i got noone near me aware of that...
So far Slot is doing well. The pre-season results and performances have been good. He carries himself with calmness and if there is one thing Liverpool lacked at times last season it was calmness. So far so good. The club need to get him the players he needs to take them to the next level. In Slot we trust.
He smiles a lot, seems to have a good nature about him.... so he comes across as a good moral and principal man... so a good human being first and foremost.... that's how players in this day want managers to be like
I don’t think he’ll succeed at Liverpool…. I know he will! I’m a Feyenoord fan since as far back as I can remember and Arne Slot is an absolutely great coach! He is the real deal and this will show apparently and as obviously in favor of Liverpool FC. I’d love to say thanks again for all of the successes he has created with Feyenoord but most of all for the excellent performances the team brought to the pitch under his coaching (as well for his excellent staff ofcourse!) Arne Slot I do wish him well at his new job and hopefully he will be even more successful than he has been in Rotterdam.
If the team escapes a lot of injuries this season, I can see them giving city a big scare, maybe even turn them over and win the league, there’s a hell of a lot of positives coming from the club at the moment, long may it continue. YNWA 👌👌❤️❤️❤️
For sure this method will give more confidence to the players, and it will also help creating a bond between them. I think this is a very good message to give ti the players, he is acting more like a friend or a father, than a boss
Am a liverpool fan and he is from here in feiynoord rotterdam. Intellegent. Tactical. Clever coach and very humble. Just wait liverpool fans will witness his magical touch. Trust me
He needs to include himself fully into the Liverpool family in every way, and that includes the dressing room. It’s always been the Liverpool Way. There’s no other way if he wants to succeed 👍
In 25 years of intensive supporting Feyenoord, i never saw a coach with all the skills like him. For me he is God. Can't explain how thankful i am for making my club big again. In all facets. He will be very succesfull in liverpool. This is the best coach they could get.
So he's already anticipated the players to talk crap about him and his training, and he's too soft to want to hear what they're saying. I give him 3 months.
Arne got the gangster look when shit don't go his way. Klopp's left him mentality winning squad with bare talent .. Gapko n Nunez will be fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥 this season
He is a football coach not a counsellor so why should he need policies for his team to talk about him regardless .klopp made sure that what was said about the topic of conversation at the time stayed in the dressing room and not brought to the pitch. Yeah we had a few run ins for both klopp and the lads but I'm really delighted for slott and our lads winning. Yup the pool. Dublin 4 Ireland have been amazed by the excellent wins so hopefully slott will be enough to continue with ❤❤❤❤
Liverpool have lost a bit of chemistry. I dont think that they will perform bad next season though... the new coach will bring some excitement to the games.
Wow just imagine this team in first few we3ks of season they have best of klopps influence and Arne.. they gonna be a problem for any other team in the world.
Hardly revolutionary. He will find it difficult after Klopp for sure. As a United fan I can't wish him well but I can sympathise when things don't go to plan after a great manager leaves. Moyes was burdened with the poisoned chalice of Fergusons team, that played Fergusons way. Will VVD Salah and others be up to the task of sticking with a manager if things go wrong, that is the big hurdle.
We are in a far better place than Utd were when Moyes was appointed. There is also continuity with the playing style to a large degree, while Moyes and Ferguson were like chalk and cheese tactically. David Moyes was hardly the cutting edge of modern management, even back then and he was only appointed because Fergie decreed he would be the one. Liverpool on the other hand, have appointed who the club think is the best option. Liverpool today and Man Utd then have nothing in common whatsoever so the only comparison is a popular manager leaving.
Define success. I personally think anyone who did half of what klopp did can be counted as success. But if the level required is to be at least as good if not better than klopp then no
They’ll succeed if they sell the whole defence (except Jarell Quansah). - Get the money for VVD & TAA while they still can, because both are free to start negotiating with other clubs as of January 2025.
It's obvious that people are going to compare 10 hard with him we've both been Dutch and bald but let's be honest as bad as United have been still managed to win quite a few trophies and I hate the bastards
