You have to be selective within the homeless community. I did come across a genuine person and had her rehoused, knowing that with a little help they could manage a dwelling, started them off in a flat and then when I saw that they could manage put in for a property and they were accepted.

There's no low they wont stoop to. Two of them tried robbing me when I left work a while a go, they had hammers. It didn't end well for them and I didn't bother phoning the coppers.
I despise my government so much ! They prioritise fit & healthy people from other countries that passed through upto 16 safe countries to come here and can't look after it's own 😡

I don't know about Romania but in Algeria, when I lost my way, kind people helped me. Plus, they invited me to their home, gave me lunch and dropped me at my hotel. No money asked. There are good and bad people everywhere. Drugs are evil though. Drug dealers too.
Don't forget that any homeless from our city who might have serious issues with drug dependency are being kept down and in a cycle of despair by the dealers living comfortable lives in Formby and Hall Rd and sending their kids to Merchant Taylors.

We support prisoners through ther sentences and pick them up from the gate take them to get a doctor and housing and social security claim stay with them for the first 72hours Billy . Bless mate . It breaks my heart , seeing a young woman on the streets stuck in addiction , she spoke well , her childhood dictating her adult hood trying to block out her feelings , but ,, it's so dangerous for a young woman like that in a tent , why can't they open up a hotel and put drug councillors in for people with problems ,, imagine been homeless in your own country and you see Ahmed blathered moving from city to city and instantly got a roof over his head. town changed a lot since my younger days used to go to the state,the hippodrome.winners.sign of the dove ,mc millans.whispers wine bar etc...sadly all gone now...used to be locals mainly those days .nowadays stag and hen dos and students and people from faraway places
