I truly enjoyed this marvelous video and I thank you for the effort especially those of us who live in faraway countries and wonder what Liverpool is like..
Outstanding video...easily good enough to act as an historical document. That pan right at the end just catches the woods around Speke Hall with the airport beyond, which I guess is why you had to stop where you did.
That was a really enjoyable video to watch. Thanks for doing it and posting it up. Hopefully you can update this run every few years, to catch the latest developments?
Can you help a local author who is homeles. He's just published a book called Born to be king The seeds are sown by Mr Philip j Lewis. It's all about the ancient tribes of Liverpool and the Wirral in 300 B.C. He needs your support.
Haha I was thinking at first you where in a boat! The docks are not accessible to the public and you wouldn't get signal going for that long. Going from New Brighton makes more sense.
Great video thanks, really enjoyed it, just a point on the spelling - its Coburg Dock not Couburg. In honour of Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha :)
@@frankhornby6873 love the way mickey mousers say The dark side and other derogatory stuff Some er facts for you Birkenhead or Birchhead was there when the land Liverpool now occupies was simple pasture land Anyone who makes it in Liverpool can't wait to leave Indeed wirral is full of well off scousers So er looks like the er dark side is quite appealing
Why? Das ist sehr gut. I see ever changing view from industrial to commercial to residential, historic to modern. Looks more interesting and diverse than virtually all towns and cities I have seen over there in UK. You speak jealousy.
@@johnkoenig8739 Well John. Yes there is a lot of good work that has been done some 20 - 30 years ago on the South end. The problem is as the development has progressed North to Bootle. May be if you could visit the city to see for yourself the extent of the damage that the current developer has done. For instance cutting off the infrastructure to the rail causing havoc on the roads and using the logistic space on the docks to store hundreds of thousands of tons of scrap metal that often burns with toxic smoke covering the surrounding area on a regular basis. What was needed was an architect with vision not a half arsed mindless plan
