I heard that American Diner is complementary now and also has a breakfast buffet. Could you confirm?

It is included now correct. No on the breakfast buffet. That may be a special thing on certain ships but has not been the case on my current cruise on Joy

@@ByteSizeCruises There's an $7 upcharge for milkshakes. You can get soft or hard serve ice cream at the buffet or an ice cream sundae at The Local
