Here is a tip for you as you enter the world of card making. Every time you make a card always make two. One to keep and one to give away. This way you will always have one for reference if you wish to make more. Write inside the one you keep all the colors and supplies you used. ( only if you want not trying to sound like a boss ) 💖🐞🇨🇦
Hello! I typically use watercolor pencils in Kerby Rosanes and Johanna Basford's books. And then a water brush or Paintbrushes. Their paper is good quality. Just a heads up on the Kerby Rosanes books, I'd recommend buying the UK versions as the paper is better compared to the US version, at least in his earlier books. For watercolor pencils, I use the Faber Castell Albrecht Dürer set. They're pricey, but worth it. I received mine this past Christmas. Also Camilla d'Errico books are good for watercolor as well. Her paper is a good quality too.
