Yung question kay Sen na kailngan bang isa publica pa kasi parang na violate yung private aspect ni mayor Guo: para sa akin lng hindi iyon for publicity. Since you are a public servant, basic po yung pagiging transparent nlng assets and all. Nararapat din png na maging tapat po ang bawat isa lalong lalo na kung ikaw ay naglulingkod sa bayan ergo gobyerno

Any foreigner should have to present documents to Barangay level, where they stay, from Immigration (or what agency) so that they can be traced easily. This can prevent any illegal activities, should they have any.
