For years I've watched these videos and have asked myself the same question: exactly what is it that makes the high pitched noise in that scanner thing?

I think this time it didn't went as good as I have expected. Maybe because the guitar in intro didn't get reproduces as good as in the original song (Talk Box guitar effect). At least it gets better on chorus ;-). What do you think?

One thing I like about those videos is the display in the background showing the code running as it plays. Might not sound like much to some people but I think it adds to the video.

Thank you for all the effort you put into these What would I like done next? Noting very well that 70's and 80's synth, orchestral as well as jazz and big band tend to sound the best on the floppotron. Here's what I'd think you could do well at in the future and could sound really good. 1. Peter Gunn Theme - Blues Brothers Movie 2. Always Look on the Bright Side of Life - Monty Python (just cause it'd be funny to hear what this would sould like floppotronised) 3. The Robots - Kraftwerk 4. Metro Land - Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark 5. It's a Sin - Pet Shop Boys 6. Everlasting Love - Carl Carlton (had to put in an old song but that could work floppotronised quite well) 7. Seinfeld Theme As an aside here are the best songs you've floppotronised in order. #1 being what is the best done you have done. 1. Pink Panther 2. Country Roads 3. Doom E1M1 4. Cars 5. Axel Foley 6. Ghostbusters 7. McGyver Country Roads is the stand out here. Sure The Panther is better but that track is perfect for the floppytron. John Denver? Country music should sound like garbage on the floppotron. You proved us all wrong and got it to actually work really well. It's the only proper song on the list. . . . Before you all question me, Kraftwerk did not write songs, they wrote amazingness in music so good - the pioneers of synth.
