You do know there's sugar in fruit and honey right? Just because the sugar is in fruit doesn't mean it doesn't count. Maybe you should rephrase it as "no added sugar" as the "no sugar" is very misleading. Also eating less sugar doesn't mean you will lose weight. If you eat 2000 calories in healthy foods with no sugar or 2000 calories in junk food with loads of sugar, you're eating the same amount of calories, regardless of what food you're eating.
Oh yes! I know that there’s sugar in fruits but that’s harmless and eating them once in a while instead of any sugar filled desserts is way better isn’t it? Honestly following this diet helped me loose weight faster than I expected perhaps it might not suit everybody but I wanted to share since it helped me a lot.. thank u for stopping by 🙏
