Btw, white vinegar gets the pet smell and stain out of rugs and chairs and bed etc Put equal parts water and white vinegar in a spray bottle and voila‼️ It works.

I’ve thought a lot about your decision to cut diary out of your diet for health reasons because I too have PCOS among other things. However, since you don’t typically consume dairy milk, do you make exceptions when it comes to hidden diary at takeout or restaurants when it comes to bread, desserts, or worse and more common, butter? Do you think that’s made any significant difference in just cutting out cheese and dairy milk in a daily diet? I’m currently on day 3 (started on the 1st) of no diary so I’m definitely nervous about eating takeout or cooking my favorite meals that includes diary like butter or cream for pasta 😅 On the plus side, Oreos are vegan 🥲
