LIVING ALONE DIARIES! SELF CARE RESET, SLOW DAY, TAKING A BREAK & APPRECIATING WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE 

You spoke to me today. I'm living the life I prayed for years ago...prayed for God to deliver me from some things and to bless me with peace, tranquility, a safe place to shelter, affordable, comfortable, and all mine.

I know how you feel. I used to feel the same way. So much so that i almost had a breakdown bcus i developed anxiety and depression bcus i couldn't shut off. My sleep was so bad i could hardly function. I was moving on fumes. My life was a mess from the inside out and everyone thought i was so strong and well put together and i wasn't. Kudos to you for taking time to take time. Things had gotten so bad that the universe forced me to sit down bcus i wouldn't listen. My l4 l5 discs ruptured and lodged in my sciatic nerve and i couldn't walk or get out of bed. I was in a wheelchair for 3yrs and a dr who was scamming the insurance company. Then, i was directed to a good dr had 2 spinal surgeries and now I'm disabled. I put 22yrs in as a fed and it was over and i had to start over. It was so scary and hard and i was angry. I'm good now, i still have struggles but I'm a work in progress. One foot at a time ,one day at a time.

I appreciate your confession;However remind yourself their other people that have went before us,and know certain procedures,and that you're not alone in anything,and don't have it all,because it all will never be all done;It was hard for me to quit smoking cigarettes,but my counselors Manuel noted for me to give up drinking my one glass of wine I loved for two weeks to drop cigarettes,and after two weeks I was strong enough to manage my goal to stay away from cigerates,so my clock was set,and after setting my clock,I could have my one glass of wine with dinner,but that was so long ago,I only have maybe two bottles a year now,but I do drink wine,i just got more into teas, coffee at my old age of 53 Lord willling next month on my birthday:2002,I said goodbye to smoking cigarettes,and live a smoke free life,I did have one relapse after losing a relative,but that was over seven years ago,and I got so sick too that one relapse.
