Yo, I'm glad that you feeling better man! I feel you on the community part. It's good to have time to yourself, but unity is definitely a wonderful thing. Also, I heard you mentioned working out 5-6 days a week? What helped me maximize growth was giving each muscle group between 48-72 hours to rest, so now I workout 4 days Upper/Lower, and do active recovery for 2 days. I hope that helps in some way fam!

Grass-fed Grass-finished beef, jasmine rice, pasture raised eggs, avacados and purple sweet potatoes will get you right! quick, easy and delicious but super nutritoius. Id reccomend something for gut health as well! so if you want you can incorporate kimchi into your meals or kefir fruit smoothies too. Sardines as well, they slept on for their protein and nutrients.
