For your sheets get some white distilled vinegar and baking soda. Sprinkle the baking soda inside of the washer with the sheets. Mommas get you some vitamin D with k12 to help you absorb the vitamin D make sure it's 2,000 Amazon has it. My daughter suffers from winter depression and this helped tremendously. Plus I get other things to help boost her mental health all natural resources

Loved your video from about a month ago where you talked about the matrix and finding contentment after understanding more about what’s happening. I know exactly where you are!! What helped me find true happiness again was to ask myself “why am I always so happy and in love with life?” every night before bed until I drift off to sleep. What happens is, your mind will immediately start bringing experiences to you to prove that you are, in fact, happy and in love with life. You can understand the matrix and still enjoy life 🤗🤗 hope that helps!

@@MsImaniE no I haven’t I jus have a regular lamp from Walmart but I never heard of a sun lamp, plus I don’t date scared to go out to do that. Not the closest w/ family , a lot of friends has passed I fell out w/ a lot I love bc of my emotion problem I don’t know how to communicate it well, im in college online. But I don’t know how to help me stay positive one bit when I talk to others I feel like a burden a lot!

@@sunshine32375 look into a sun lamp, it’s supposed to help with seasonal depression, specifically in the winter time. You should definitely try talking to someone! Don’t leave a heavy burden your mental, it can start messing with you spiritually, emotionally, and physically. You have people who will listen, despite what we think. I pray you find your tribe of people that understand you and can help you through this

Aaliyah I dry my face with white paper towels for years too. I learned from a dermatologist that face towels get bacteria caught in the fibers that can break you out and also face towels with color are really bad because you get the bacteria and the chemicals of the color dye that you put on your skin.
