my favorite comfort food: seaweed, seasoned rice, & kimchi: so you need - kimchi - seaweed snack - kewpie mayo - jasmine rice - cooked fish (i use salmon) - sesame oil - sesame seeds •first you make the rice in the rice cooker •then once its done, add the kewpie mayo and the cooked fish and mash into a mayo rice and fish mixture •add a drizzle of sesame oil in the rice and some sesame seeds & mix •then, take a piece of seaweed, put the rice on it, add some kimchi, and then fold it and eat it :3 (eating it rn! its so good and so simple)
