I find that when we ask for help from the people we already know, they can be held back by familiarity or their own perceptions of you. I totally relate with relatives ghosting in the beginning of your life but then start appearing once we had our own jobs and life settled. It is hard to know whether if they really are there to be part of your life or after your money. It's tricky but we just gotta be smart and slide their comments and just move on. Also congrats in 100k! You totally deserve it :D

Moving out and living alone without any support is the best thing you must be proud of. Im in my mid life right now and i like watching your vlogs. I experienced living alone for a while. I think you are very lucky because you are able to rent a great place and becuase of the internet there are many online jobs that are availble for extra income. during my time, i had a very difficult time finding a good place and had very little money for rent.
