Well it's totally normal if this happens sometimes but if its happens with you regularly or on daily basis and see a doctor. And start working on stress levels sister Stress leads to brain damag . You need to work on it .

Consult a doctor that you can trust and start work on yourself that happened with me too and I'm just 23 , Sometimes I even I forget to wear dupatta while going outside 🤐 I started working on my stress things getting better now . Now I only forget my purse and phone at my workplace 😂

Dear doctor Ur videos are good for all but u take the reference of God in ur explanations.I think that there is no need of God if we live a noble man life. If our deeds are done through fare and fee mind that life will be at humanity level.Our belief system breeds the violence.
