The "wise" folks have an old saying: "Ole broom sweep de corner betta dan new broom." This is a perfect example of what they had in mind. I have noticed over the years, how the various generations have phased out one of the most precious instruments from our services. Oh, if they could only know what it means to learn, study, and sing these old, precious, and timeless songs; understanding that they too, were written by inspiration from God, when the authors were obviously going through some sort of situation(s). God's Word tells us that we NEED TO GO BACK TO THE OLD LANDMARK. It is truly inspiring to hear you continue to sing and play these spirit-filled, edifying songs. They are filled with anointing. It would be nice to just have an all-nighter where we can just worship God, singing songs such as these. Again.... only when one has experienced a personal relationship with God can he/she understand, and get the message spoken of in these hymns. I certainly get it, why David continuously praised God in his hymns and Psalms. You have disciplined your dog very well. I am of the humble opinion that, he also worships God in his own "lingo" while listening to you play and sing. If it was at all possible for dogs to be Christians then, he would be one for sure...lol! All creatures were/are made to fulfill one task, and one task only....to worship God; Our Sovereign Deity. It would do some of us some good, if only we would follow his (your companion's) example because, sometimes, all we need to do is just "Be Still And Know." Allow Him to take charge of our lives and all will be well. Thank you again, for keeping the old lambent flame alive and kicking. God bless you...and your companion also.
Another amazingly great video. And I’m glad that your dog is back on camera! He’s more like a spirit in these videos rather than a dog with his deep coloring and calm demeanor.
