Irene is the founder of Alignment Journeys, a business that was born out of a desire to fill the gaps in knowledge that aren't readily available in conventional education systems.
Through the Aligned Woman’s Way, an art of creating S.P.A.C.E. that fosters and facilitates feminine flow, Irene teaches women how to tap into and access their innate intuition and wisdom - the inner wellspring from which beauty and ease naturally flow.
Irene is on a mission to empower heart-centered women to shine in their authentic radiance and beauty. As Coach, Creative, and Healer, she works with her clients to craft and curate every aspect of their lives so they get to live the Masterpiece that they dream of.

Thanku beautiful women & all who share this kaupapa of the emerging sacred feminine energies. I like Heathers mention of centreing & of emanating as this expresses my perception of Irenes description of the space holders who help to coach ; similar to midwives lovingly coaching as our mothers give birth. This is beautiful & very much in tune with the breathing of the universe & the birthing of new creation. I have heard discussion of how we are working now with crystalline energy so centreing & emanating as a way of grounding divine spark geometries seems like a fun way to proceed. 🌞👍🌈🌹🌠🌟⭐🌟

I love that Irene said that the word courage comes from the French word, coeur, for heart, and if your heart is fully into what you are doing, then you don't need courage, your heart is your courage. A very enlightening conversation. Thank you both ladies!!

What a beautiful conversation! Thank you so much, Heather and Irene. I always love your conversations - and this one especially resonated with me. As someone trained in literature with a very active, restless mind (and body too), I've been faced with similar challenges to Irene's and the ways in which 'the mind' can be dismissed in spiritual communities, rather than embraced and balanced with the heart, with 'coeur'-age. Really resonate with so much with the combination of all the different modalities. Meditation is difficult however when I found Taoist Tai Chi it really helped my kinetic needs be accommodated. The level of satisfaction achieved through this, really satisfied my need for physical healing which was the initial motivation. I was so surprised by benefits of energy balance to such a high level too! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽

Yet another beautiful share Heather. Thank you to you both. 🙏🏻 So gentle, empowering, balanced, fair and full of love. A life mentor/companion is much needed as we all navigate our personal journey. As much as it can be a solitary experience it certainly makes the journey less scary having someone there to share it with, that understands, can hold the space and interject if and when necessary, especially with someone who has a rich life experience and the wisdom and stillness that grew from it. In time it allows us to be that for someone else and so it self perpetuates and organically grows. Being energetically held and feeling heard is very self affirming and that alone can transform and heal so much for so many. This really resonated and is truly beautiful. 💗 Blessings, love and gratitude 🙏🏻💗🙏🏻

Brilliant conversation. Now in my 60s and having been through the so called New Age were there was a lot of misuse of power your conversation. rings more true to me regarding the Aquarian age. As far as education goes if we have the basic 3Rs then we can teach ourselves anything. Thankyou for being here in this time

I just can’t express enough gratitude. Every time I watch one of your video, they weave in another thread or unravel one helping me see the larger perspective of my life’s tapestry. My life has so many parallels with Irene’s story. I have been slowly shifting into full time healing work and have been faced with a lot of fear and doubts that are just shadows of my own past or the idea of fitting into the patriarchal system… But I feel that falling away and I know that I need to just keep on working from my heart and the universe will provide… or redirect as need be ❤❤❤ Thank you both for such a beautiful conversation. May our collective growth usher in the rebirth of new systems and balance between the sacred masculine and feminine for the benefit of all living things.

Thank you for your feedback, and that is a good question. In brief, a therapist is trained to work with a wider range of emotional issues than a coach but both help to support a person in healing and stepping into their true self.

What is the difference of just getting psychological treatment and having a life coach

This is a good question. A life coach can deal with a lot of emotional issues and support someone in stepping into their potential and true self. If someone is dealing with more serious emotional and psychological issues, then someone with deeper psychological training would be a better fit.
