What a beautiful, thoughtful renovation. I loved learning about the history of the Spartan and attention and care that went into every detail of making it respectfully modern. It's so interesting to see how Julia's vision materialized, guided by her good taste, talent and great vintage finds (can't believe that gorgeous clock only cost $5!).

This is the best trailer I've ever seen. And I've had the pleasure of seeing it in person. So much love went into every detail.

I LOVE IT!!! we joined the vintage trailer group a few years ago when we purchased a 1953 Bole Aero..not knowing what we had!!! went to a vintage rally and have been hooked ever since! we also have..and are working on ... a 1969 Streamline..but my husband's dream is to have a Spartan Manor! ♥

A very happy home indeed.

This video was all about the decor. We live in the middle of the desert, and my son works at a mobile home resort. This resort has mostly older vintage models. The problem with them is the most important part .....the actual structure, lack of insulation, and over all cheap materials used. He was helping a resident who was trying to install a flat screen tv on her tiny living room wall, only to find out it was made of cardboard. When we have our monsoon season, and haboobs, these old trailers get a lot of damage, because they are old trailers that had little to no government standards, and could be put together very cheaply. You can buy one anywhere from $1,000 to $30,000, but its still is what it is, a waste of money.....better than being homeless, but still a waste of money.
