let's say a find a company that sponsors my visa/work in the country. how long must I work for them? if Ichange jobs and go to another company, do I need to start a new visa process?
Hello.. it depends on the duration of your work contract. Please always read and understand the content of the contract before signing. They will state the conditions for leaving the job. As for the visa, if the company sponsor you, you can only work for that company with the visa. Once you quit, they need to inform the immigration that you no longer work for them and the permit needs to be cancelled under that company. If you decide to switch jobs, the new company must agree to take on the responsibility of sponsoring your work permit. I hope this helps.
@@gabrieledeimling8599 yes. The new company will sponsor the work permit again as the old one will no longer be valid. The work permit usually states which company you are working for. The good thing is that you don’t have to leave the country when this sponsorship change is happening.
Hello, I am sure there are jobs in this industry but the only issue will be language barrier since most of the construction companies are Hungarian. You will need to speak the language. You can do a quick search on the job sites I shared in the description box of this video.
